Claire Wang
FOUNDER, REFORMER & PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE INSTRUCTOR
Claire is a firm believer in the transformative power of Pilates — not just for the body, but for confidence, posture, and overall well-being. With over a decade of dedicated practice and a deep personal journey through movement, Pilates helped her achieve better alignment, improved posture, and a stronger sense of self.
Her teaching blends precision, warmth, and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
After fully certified by Stott Pilates, she has since gained years of international teaching experience, working with clients across North America and Asia.
Auria Pilates was born from Claire’s desire to give back — to create a space where others can experience the same strength, clarity, and growth that Pilates brought into her life.

Jayne Gildner
REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
After a management career in the investment brokerage industry, Jayne left to pursue other passions, and it was then that she discovered pilates while in rehabilitation from an equestrian accident. Becoming convinced of the benefits that pilates could offer anybody, whether recovering from of living with a specific ailment, or just working to become fitter and retain their ability to keep active long into their older age, Jayne took the next step and became a certified Stott Pilates instructor herself.
Jayne has been teaching since 2017 at a number of studios in the Mississauga area, and has supplemented her initial training with Stott courses specializing in injuries and special populations, prenatal pilates, golf conditioning, zenga, and the use of the cadillac, chair, and barrel in Stott Pilates training.
Jayne’s primary passion and goal is to help, people feel better, and live a more active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys challenging everyone in her class, constantly introducing new elements and making her sessions energetic and fun. She strives to achieve and teach others what Joseph Pilates is said to be the goal of pilates: the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.

Melissa Cherubino
REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Hi!
I am a certified Pilates instructor and a full-time teacher with a deep passion for movement, learning, and personal growth. What started as a way to care for my own physical and mental well-being quickly evolved into a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection that Pilates provides.
As both a classroom teacher and reformer instructor, I bring a deep understanding of how people learn. I believe in meeting individual needs where they are, breaking down movement in a clear and encouraging way and creating an environment where everyone feels supported and comfortable. I value clear communication, structured learning and helping clients build strength and body awareness one session at a time.
In my classes, you'll find a welcoming space designed to help you build a strong foundation - focusing on movement with clarity and purpose. Whether you are new to the reformer or returning to deepen your practice, I am excited to learn and grow alongside you along the way!

Passionate about movement, strength, and well-being, I’m certified in Merrithew STOTT PILATES®️ Reformer (Toronto) and Physical Fitness Conditioning (Barcelona), giving me the expertise to create balanced, effective training programs.

Since 2016, I’ve been part of Barcelona’s fitness and wellness industry. After a break to care for my baby, I’m back—energized and ready to help more people reach their goals. My personalized approach ensures every session is both challenging and supportive, whether focused on toning, core stability, stretching, or power workouts.
I find deep fulfillment in guiding others toward strength, confidence, and a healthier life. Let’s move smarter, feel stronger, and train with purpose!

Shalene Capunitan
REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
With a background in dance and a passion for movement, I found my way to Pilates as a way to connect more deeply with my body—and now I get to help others do the same. After years of flying as a flight attendant, I made the exciting transition into the fitness world, where I now teach Pilates, barre, and spin. My classes are all about helping people feel strong, confident, and successful in their own bodies. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or more experienced, I offer a variety of progressions and levels throughout each session so everyone can move in a way that feels right for them. My goal is to create an empowering, supportive space where everyone leaves feeling better than when they walked in. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me doing anything that gets my body moving—taking dance or reformer classes, going for a hike, hopping on a spin bike, or diving into something adventurous. Movement is my happy place, and I love sharing that energy with others.
